Raynes Park Vale Football Club: A club for your community
Under the leadership of Chairman Bob Finch and CEO John Scales (former England and Premier League footballer), the Club is entering a new era on and off the pitch, expanding our outreach and sharpening how we inspire local young people. Formed 30 years ago by Raynes Park FC and Malden Vale FC coming together, with the club’s original origins dating back to 1925 with the Southern Railway Football Section. Since 1995, the club has steadily climbed the football pyramid, with a landmark promotion in 2017–18, a championship-winning 2022–23 season (99 points), and a historic step up in 2023–24, marking a new chapter of ambition and progress to currently competing in the Isthmian League South Central Division
(Step 4). This season we’re also laying the groundwork for a fully integrated youth pathway, working closely with Raynes Park Vale Youth FC and RP Tigers. It’s a first step toward a seamless framework, infrastructure and journey from grassroots to first team. This pathway will deliver opportunities, role models and memorable matchday experiences to local families.
On our behalf, we’d very much appreciate if you could extend an invite to your pupils and their families to experience the excitement of live local football, free of charge, at Raynes Park Vale FC please. We are a proud club committed to having a positive impact in our community and helping build something special for those that are part of our growing football family within Merton. Each pupil’s family can claim one complimentary adult ticket and one complimentary child ticket to any of these upcoming home fixtures:
Entry will be conditional on all children having to be accompanied by an adult / guardian.

How to claim
1. Please send on / circulate the attached Parent / pupil letter.
2. The parent will then need to complete the form at the bottom of their letter and hand it in at the gate at one of the games from the list above to gain free entry.
• Assembly visits / Club rep, manager or player Q&A – aligned to positive values and healthy living (subject to availability).
Our aim is to inspire participation, promote health & wellbeing, and deepen local pride in a safe, welcoming environment.
We would also be delighted to extend an offer of a free ticket to all staff members to attend a game of their choice from the list above.
