PSHE Education focuses on strengthening the knowledge, skills, and connections to keep children and young people healthy and safe

Physical Activity

Children and young people should aim for an average of at least 60 minutes of moderate or vigorous intensity physical activity a day

Healthy eating

We want children and young people to feel confident in making the right choices on healthy eating
