Workshop Details
The NFL Flag programme is active nationally across the UK and Ireland. NFL UK is supporting schools to bring the NFL Flag programme to their school via its teacher training programme. NFL Flag is a 5 v 5 non-contact version of American football and by attending this workshop, staff we be shown how to teach this exciting sport to their pupils over a 6-12 week period, in order to get players ready to compete in the MSSP NFL Flag Football Championships later in the academic year. By attending this training, delegates will also receive a flag starter pack including 10 balls and 30 flag belts, as well as a 12-week NFL Flag curriculum to support your teaching when back in school.

Other Information:
- The sessions will be active, please wear clothing and footwear suitable for gentle physical activity. Please inform us if you are unable to participate or have any specific requirements which would support you throughout the day.
- Please bring a water bottle and your own food for the day.

By registering onto a Merton PE Workshop or training event using our online course booking page, you have confirmed that those registered will attend the training. If delegates do not attend, you may still be charged full price for the course if the place cannot be filled. In some circumstances we may refund bookings in the form of course credit; however this is at the discretion of Merton PE.
