Booking
- This is a Borough Championships event.
- Open to all primary schools in the Borough, however, due to there being a limited number of places available, please book early.
- If an event reaches capacity, schools will be placed on a waiting list and advised accordingly. MSSP will contact schools if places become available in the lead up to the event.
Event Eligibility
- Schools are encouraged to select their strongest squad.
- School squads should be well prepared and have time to practise with the competition rules before attending this event.
Team Eligibility
- Age: Year 3/4
- Mixed gender event
- Squad: 5 boys 5 girls.
- Open to all primary schools in the Borough however there are a limited number of spaces available.
Kit & Equipment
- All schools MUST bring their own First Aid kit and first aid qualified member of staff.
- No jewellery, wrist bands/watches or hair adornments may be worn, earrings must be taped or removed.
- Staff will be asked to keep score during the games.
Rules
- Each team of 10 will be split into 2 teams of 5. These 2 teams of 5 will tee off different tees in the same station.
- Each station: 2 minutes practice before 5 minutes play.
- There will be 8 stations (plus a break station) and each team rotates to each station.
- The following games will be played:
- Bullseye
- Dominoes
- Drive for show
- Finders keepers
- Grand National
- Tunnel
- Zone Ball
- Go for the Green
- If teams are tied: the team with the greatest stations ranked first, then second, then third.
Competition Format
- Schools will compete on their own trying to score the highest number of points for all stations. They will move round the stations as per timetabled in the event brochure.
- Each team of 10 players will accumulate a score for each game and a total score. The team with the highest total score across the sessions wins the competition.

Draw Format
- The draw will be randomly selected.
Awards
- Winners: GOLD medal, certificates and Trophy.
- Runners Up: SILVER medal and certificates.
- 3rd Place: BRONZE medal and certificates.
- REFSPECT winners – Certificate.
- Participation certificates will be presented to all participants.
Results
- Results and event report will be available on the news webpage within 24 hours of the event ending.
- The results of the winners from both sessions will be compared to provide an overall winner.

Staffing and Spectators
On any school sites: Spectators will not be permitted entry to any school/private sports facilities. Primary schools must inform parents in advance when inviting students to take part. All staff attending the event must have enhanced DBS clearance and have been fully vetted by their primary school. DBS numbers, full name and school will be required in advance by the host school.
