Lost Property

Items of lost property found at Merton School Sport Partnership events will be retained for one school term following the date of the event.

If your school believes that a pupil or member of staff may have left an item behind, please contact us as soon as possible with a description of the missing property. We will check our lost property records and let you know if the item has been found.

When contacting us, please include:

• The name of the event attended
• The date of the event
• The school name
• A detailed description of the missing item

At the end of each term, any unclaimed items may be donated, recycled, or disposed of as appropriate.

We encourage all participants to ensure that personal belongings, clothing, drinks bottles, and equipment are clearly labelled with the school or pupil’s name wherever possible.
