Event Attendance Registers

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Monitoring | 2025/26

In order for Merton SSP to be able to further our understanding of the effectiveness and accessibility of our sports programmes, schools are required to record participant data for competitions and events attended. To support your tracking of this we have created a template School Sport Register document (in downloads below) to be updated for each event entered and club hosted.

All information will be required to form part of your school’s Sports Mark award – please update this regularly to ensure data is accurate and effective.

We have also designed an MSSP Event Entry Team-sheet for your records and to help you upon registration at events – MSSP will require the below information up arrival so please use this to ensure registration is efficient and data is correct.

This will support the partnership to gain a wider understanding of EDI through the sporting opportunities on offer to schools across our Merton Borough.

For the pupils attending on the day, please have ready the following:
