Canons Leisure Centre in Mitcham was the host for our first Mitcham Town Cluster event of the year. 4 schools attended to compete in a Dodgeball Festival.
What a great way to start the week as children were challenged to compete in a warm up game, a skill game designed to test their throwing accuracy, before the main event……4 rounds of Dodgeball matches! There was even a station where the children could chose which activities they wanted to do.
It was fantastic to see the children from St. Marks, Lonesome, Liberty and Singlegate enjoying the activites and showing great teamwork skills.
Congratulations to Singlegate Primary who were voted by the children from the other schools, as the winners of the REFSPECT award. Thank you to Canons for hosting us and providing such great facilities for the children who attended.
