Comments, Compliments and Complaints

MSSP aims to deliver a first class service to all of its stakeholders and to provide a safe and nurturing environment to all young people. We see all feedback, whether good or bad, as a valuable way for us to learn and improve. Therefore we welcome all comments, compliments and complaints.

If you have any comments, compliments or complaints, in the first instance please speak to a member of the MSSP team. If your complaint cannot be satisfactorily resolved or is regarding the member of staff please then contact either the Partnership Director or Partnership Manager via email info@mertonssp.org.uk or call 07927 896 062.
